Download not working??
I click on the Download icon
and nothing happens . . .
is it just me??

I've been playing with this….it looks like I CAN download anything in my Gallery (download it to my computer). I can download from the Gallery as well as from the Memory Viewer, as long as it is in my Gallery.
BUT, you are correct, I CANNOT download any other Memories.
I will move this discussion over to the Memory Feedback Group, add it to our Known Issues, and share this BUG with the correct people.

This is still a problem on the FamilySearch website. I see posts here going back to 2021 about this. I click on the memory to open it. Then I click on the 3 dots menu, then download. Nothing happens. I double-checked my downloads folder and it has not been downloaded.
I have read that you can download them with the Family Tree app on your phone. I tried that and it works, but I would really like to download directly to my computer, where I have everything organized, rather than to my phone.

Yes, this is a known BUG. The Memories Team is aware and are working on a fix.

I've been unable to download as well. So I'm taking it for granted it's not a problem on my end and that techs are still working on this bug…
