Swindon.UK familySearch Centre has no access to the portal despite being loaded. How do we go about reactivating the premium websites

    A simple answer is that the Chrome plugin "Premium Content" has to be installed. Once it is, there will be a green dot in the upper right hand corner of the screen, next to a puzzle piece and the premium content will be accessible. May need to restart the session to activate it.

    If, after the Chrome "Premium Content" plugin is installed the dot doesn't turn green, you will need assistance from Family Search technical support.
