HELP - Trying to perhaps continue indexing.

Have indexed/reviewed thousands but had to stop. Want to continue but everything changed. Have no idea where everything is. Obviously have changed. It thinks I'm "new here" and wants me to re-register. Perhaps it's because I've been gone too long and am no longer in the system; however, I do see where it still has my username, etc.
