I would suggest that that would have been through the (Mobile Devices = Phone & Tablets) "Mobile" Application version, of "Family Tree", of "FamilySearch" ...
.
"My Contributions" ....
Our own "Statistics" ...
.
Here is a "Knowledge Article" in "FamilySearch":
.
How do I see my contributions to Family Tree?
.
The aforementioned is NOT in the (Computer) "Web" version, of "Family Tree", of "FamilySearch".
.
I hope this helps.

Good morning,
Regarding: We received your question about Sources, I have no idea where it went or how to find it....can anyone point me in the right direction?
What is a Source Box?
Your Source Box lets you reuse sources instead of retyping them each time you need to use them. To view your Source Box, click your name in the upper right corner, and from the drop-down menu, click Source Box.
Features of Source Box include:
- Storage of more than 10,000 sources.
- The ability to organize your sources in up to 200 folders.
- Adding sources of your own into Family Tree.
- Gathering historical records and attaching them to records of ancestors.
- Print sources directly from the View page of individual sources.
For details on how to perform these tasks, view the articles linked below.

Hallo there ..
there is no need to always create a new source in the source box ... It´s also possible to create it in the box where you put the marriage data for two individuals or in the sources section of an individual .. If you keep the default in the last check box all the way down, you will also copy it automatically to your source box ... for instance with the bride and the groom and their parents in a marriage entry you may have found on ancestry - or anywhere else online or you may have scanned from paper - that possibly some time will also be indexed by familysearch, you can reuse that source for every mentioned person in that source ..
But remember: sourcelinker in familysearch with which you link by familysearch indexed sources to the tree works different, because he uses the different persons names out of the content already in the headline of the source and therefore creates a new source for every person you link the source to ...
