Every time I rearrange the photos in my album, Family Search won't save the edit. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi, I tested it out, and it happens to me too. It gives an error "We were unable to save your edits. Please try again." I even created a new album, added three photos, and moved one photo, and it still failed. I tried it with audio recordings, and that failed too.

This is definitely a bug. Good catch.

Unfortuntately, with the new upgrades to the Memories Gallery, the "Reorder" function of the Albums was turned off. You can see other posts relating to this issue in the Memory Feedback Group, Known Issues.

Fortunately, this is a temporary problem. Soon, the "Reorder" function will return. The Engineers are currently working on a fix.

    Thank you for your patience.

. . . well if it was turned off - why is the option still there ?
either remove it - or change it so that it if it is selected it generates an information pop up or page.
no reason for some cryptic erorr message that is misleading . . . for a process that is not even designed to currently be in use.
    Am I missing something ???

Just to clarify….for anyone reading….with the Reorder function currently unavailable, there actually is NO option to reorder the memories in your album. Some users might think they can click and drag the memories, but they will see that option is also not available.
