I want to edit a Tag Name but can not find a way. As an example, the The tag name by default is the file name of the photo e.g. John Smith, 1904.jpg.

I've found and tried the delete tag link but the tag name is not truly deleted but only detached.

Up until recently, you were able to edit a Tag Name. But some recent upgrades have changed the process.

Let me talk with the Engineers and see what kind of options are now available.

Also, this is important information, so I will add this post in the Memory Feedback group. (Please click the link provided, and click to “Join” the group.)

The Memory Feedback group specifically manages questions, concerns, and discussions regarding the Memory Tools. It also provides access to Updates and Known Issues.

We will close this discussion here, but we continue this conversation in the Memory Viewer Feedback group. Thank you!
