Multi Item Select and "Add to Album" error

I consistently and repeatedly get the following error
when doing an album select - multi tag - add to album process
PC Computer using Chrome
Can the engineers reach out to me to help identify the issue
(I have reason to believe that not everyone gets this error - but I always do)

why does the multi item select - Action - not allow for
"Make Public" or "Make Private"
