Mom's DNA results

My mom, now deceased, submitted her DNA at a local FamilySearch Center here in Oregon, probably more than 15 years ago. To my knowledge, she never got any results, and didn't remember who took the DNA sample. As this was done at a FamilySearch Center, I am assuming (and maybe incorrectly), that it was affiliated with the church. Does anyone remember being involved or hearing about anything like this. I would dearly love to get my hands on her DNA results. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
