Can't add Memories Using Memories 'Add Memories'

Anyone else having an issue trying to add a memory/picture today? After selecting a picture I get a warning triangle and message 'Oops, something went wrong. Please refresh the page'. I try that and get the same thing. Looks like I can't add a picture of the error to this question, too. I was able to add a Profile picture by uploading a new picture by clicking the blank profile picture.

    I'm also having the same problem; have refreshed, cleared cookies, switched browsers. Same result. No problems before today.

    This is a known issue and the engineers are working on it. Thanks for your patience while they work towards a resolution.

    Having the similar issue while trying to add a photo in memories using Google as the option. It lets me login, but then says "No Content Available". Its been doing this for about 2 weeks!

    @saundraleebaileydenneybennett1

    Yes, I also see the "No Content Available" message when I try to upload from Google as well.

    I will ask the Engineers about this.

    In the meantime, I will move this specific problem over into our Memory Feedback Group…which manages known issues and problems with the Memory tools. I will share answers to this problem from that group.

    Thank you for sharing!
