I am researching my wife's paternal links back to Poland, and, from earlier family research had the marriage certificate. By searching Poland Church Records ( and the #215 notation on the certificate, which was the same on the church record ) was able to find the correct one. But …. it is written in a different language. I brought this to FamilySearch during our visit in Utah last week ( a WONDERFUL facility and service, so helpful and kind ) and they identified that it was written in Russian but suggested I pose a question to a community to see if there is anybody who could translate this. We hope to get the parents names and towns they live in .. anything to extend the research beyond her grandfather Alexander Eckert (1882 - 1950 ) and grandmother Marianna Strzala ( 1890 - 1946 ). Thank you for any advice or assistance you can provide.
