What happens to sources

For about a week now, I've noticed problems accessing sources, both those already indexed and those not. It says "this record has been removed."

Similarly, when the "research aid" suggests a source, it's impossible to attach it for the same reason: "this record has been removed."

I request that you review this issue, as otherwise, the published data would not be supported by the corresponding records and, therefore, would be unreliable.
