How do I uncouple a marriage relationship?
Recently, through BYU Family History Lab's Descendancy Explorer, my father was listed as able to have a spouse sealed to him. The available spouse is Mary ALICE Richardson, G3F9-7MP, who was born in Ohio in 1918. My father, Ira Edward Whitlock, LF6S-27L, 1925-2017, was married and sealed to my mother, Mary ALYCE Richardson, LF6S-2CY, who is still living. Mary ALYCE Richardson's birthdate is 4 August 1926 and is the only spouse my father was married and sealed to. I don't know how to take Mary ALICE Richardson's relationship to my father away since she's not a possible duplicate of my mother who is still a living person. The sources for Mary ALICE are also somewhat combined with those of my mother. How can I resolve this issue in Family Search since all of Mary Alice's ordinances are available to be completed, including sealing to my father? Help!
