.
Please explain what you mean by "... Share a tree ...".
.
As an aside ...
.
We do not have our OWN "Tree" in "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch".
.
We ONLY have "Branches", that are interconnected, in this SINGLE "One" World "Tree", for all of us, that is "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch".
.
"Family Tree" of "FamilySearch" is NOT like "Ancestry_com" or the like.
.
We DO NOT have "Private"/"Personal" 'Trees' in "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch" like other "Web" Sites; and/or, 'standalone' personal programmes.
.
We do not even, own; or, manage; and, are NOT even responsible for, the "Deceased" individuals/person in "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch".
.
"Family Tree" of "FamilySearch" is built on a "Open Edit" Platform - hence, why any registered User/Patron can "Edit" (ie. Add, Delete; and/or, Change) ANY "Deceased" individual/person in "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch".
.
I hope this helps.

take a look at:

But realize - this is one massive shared collaborative database that we are all working on together.

I am working on a family tree, a relative contributed some information and he would like to have access to the information that he contributed. Is there any way that I can share that with him, such as a link to the section of the family tree or even to my family tree?

He can have access to all the information on anyone in the Family Tree since it is a shared tree. He can either search for the people he wants to check on or you can send him the ID numbers of those people.
However, privacy regulations in Family Tree are pretty strict. You cannot see information in Family Tree on living people unless you are the one that entered the information. So your relative will not be able to see any living people that you have entered.
