why is it necessary to scroll the screen to see the pop-up for place name using find

When a place is entered, the standard name pop-up does not show without scrolling the screen. click Find, then more options, add birth place, cannot go to date, until the screen is scrolled to find the pop-up.

This also happens on the list of possible matches, when you want to add to or change the place.

I find this somewhat inconvenient and prefer the standardized place to pop up on the current view.

appears to me to be on the same subject - if so, sounds like the engineers are aware, although we haven't yet had a progress update.
