Hi,

Family Search Support has seen the problem by going to my example and suggest me to here so this matter will go the engineers.

I am coming across a lot of memories with issues, most seem to headstones that I have posted over the years. When I click the smaller image of the memory in the album, which does show in order to go to the larger one which I can tag, etc. I get a message:

"Unable to Display Image [with a lock] showing" screen, and a : "Try refreshing the page, or come back later."

I tried up-loading the memory again and it does work however this is more of a wide spread issue, I lost count to at least 500 memories with the same issue and I see their are other people with their memories with the same problem when I click on them.

When I am in the album, I will click on a few memories that will come up fine, other do not, however if I leave it on the large image with the edit info and scroll through, they all show that message including the few that works when you directly click on the memory.

I am also finding memories that are repeated , one with the problem and the other works fine [and one can't post the memory twice, so it has to be on your end], however that is only when you click on SOME of the people's memories count that is in on the individual ancestor page along the top with details and the other captions on top of the individual information, in the album the photo is only posted once and only once.

Here is an example of at least 500 memories…so far.

If you go to my "Headstones" album you will see as you begin to scroll through all are coming up with the message:

"Unable to Display Image [with a lock] showing" screen, and a : "Try refreshing the page, or come back later."

Please look into this further.

Thank you
Jim
