Yes you can download your Geneanet account into a Gedcom file and then upload into FamilySearch. Or the other way around. Once you have created the Gedcom file here are the instructions for uploading into FamilySearch. This can be done in reverse if you wish to upload to Geneanet. Hope this is the answer you are looking for if not feel free to elaborate.
Merging Geneanet and FamilySearch trees

I have a suitable tree here, that keeps adding family members as suggestions. But I also have a much bigger tree at Geneanet. How can I merge both trees here without losing the new additions I've got from FamilyTree?

Yes, you can download your Geneanet account into a Gedcom file and then upload into FamilySearch. When you have created the Gedcom file here are the instructions for uploading into FamilySearch. This can be done in reverse by using a third-party program from the Solutions Gallery if you wish to upload to Geneanet. Hope this is the answer you are looking for if not feel free to elaborate.

@Rixie please take great care to avoid (or, worst case, subsequently merge) duplicates if uploading a gedcom into Family Tree, since the relevant FT processing is known frequently to let duplicates through. It is really preferable to do the entries one by one. A partner solution such as RootsMagic can help you with this while still avoiding re-keying.

@sc woz it is not possible to download a gedcom from FSFT except via a third party tool such as RootsMagic or getmyancestors.

Sorry my error above. If you want to go back from FamilySearch to a Gedcom a third party software is required.

@Rixie It is absolutely possible to upload your gedcom through the Search > Genealogies section of FamilySearch. You can certainly use a third-party tool such as RootsMagic or LegacyFamilyTree to search for possible matches of profiles in your private tree that match profiles already in the FamilySearch Tree, but the Genealogies can do the same sort of comparison.
What @MandyShaw1 is concerned about is that the comparison tool doesn't always find all of the profiles that already exist in FamilySearch Tree. For example, I have a gedcom that I uploaded. Of 151 profiles, the system said that 30 were not found in the FamilySearch Tree…but 27 of those really were in the FamilySearch tree. I checked each of them and confirmed that they were in FamilySearch Tree. So I didn't have to do anything with them. The three that I did not find were new entries because of records that I had found recently, so I was able to add them to the tree with no difficulty. As @MandyShaw1 states, the comparison tool (and any syncing tool in third-party programs) requires you to check each record one-by-one. There is no way to upload an entire tree in one click of the button. You must go through the list one-by-one in order to add each person or even to update newer information from your gedcom into the FamilySearch Tree profile. When you do add a person or update information, make sure that you give good reason statements for doing so.

Thank you all for your answers. I truly appreciate them.
Several years ago I uploaded my Gedcom file from Geneanet into FamilySearch, as I found documents that were new to me.
I don't think I will be able to upload the new Gedcom file from Geneanet again, as the number of people I have is too large, way more than 1000, it will take me forever to check each entry. It is a pity that the third party apps do not allow a bulk upload checking the entries that are the same. My case is quite unusual, as my tree in both platforms started to grow differently. The reason is because from my mom's side, FamilySearch is more helpful (Argentina and Spain), but from my dad's, Geneanet brought me back to the Middle Ages! (Western Europe, mostly France)

'It is a pity that the third party apps do not allow a bulk upload checking the entries that are the same.'
The problem here, as with all 'bulk import' ideas, is, how do you define 'the same'? I (being a sad techie) have spent the last week experimenting with FS' Read Person Matches using Gedcomx API, i.e. the more flexible of the two duplicate candidates APIs, and no match is ever really Yes or No, the scores are on a continuum.
