Why doesn't the reset button work on Search by ID#?

When I search by ID#, the first search will provide a person and their information. however, if I click on the RESET button and enter another ID#, the search goes to a SEARCH FOR YOUR ANCESTOR screen. I cannot do another search unless I go back to Search: Family Tree: Search by ID#. Can this be fixed so I can continue to do searches instead of taking so many unnecessary steps? A Sister in my ward and the FS specialist at the Contact Desk got the same results so this is not an isolated incident. Thank you.

@RonaMiller Yup, you're right. I'll send this to the Search team and thanks for letting us know.

@RonaMiller, you can avoid many unnecessary steps by using the box at the top of Recents to go to a known ID.

For the benefit of the Search Team: This problem has been reported a couple of times before, at least, in the last month or so.

I search hundreds of people weekly using Find - by ID. I paste the ID in the box and search. Then I hit reset and paste another and search. I do not ever have this error message that others are describing when searching the way I do.

I did a test and found that if you add a space before the ID, then you get the error message.
