When reviewing almost all these indexed documents list the birthplace when it says "native of." Shouldn't these be marked Control B?

They should be marked blank. Europe had Kingdoms/Empires/whatever like Austria-Hungary and Russia. I've indexed documents where they were born in Estonia or Belarus, but were natives of Russia.
