Improvement Request: Tagging

Since the Data Quality Checker is encouraging me to finally get around to tagging information entered years ago, I have run across a mildly annoying behavior when tagging Other Information such as residences using the Sources side panel.

I'll have the page set so I can see all that I want to see to have the tagging go smoothly and halfway through the process, the page scrolls and hides the information I want to see as seen in the following short clip:

Could the main profile page in the background be frozen so that it stays where I put it?

Oof, as if existence of the popup weren't annoying enough already…. I can confirm that it inexplicably jumps to the top of the background page partway through tagging from the Sources tool.

Every method I've tried for tagging Other Information takes a ridiculous number of clicks in an excessive number of popups.

Sources tab: six clicks, four different popups.
Other Info section: six clicks, four different popups (two of them visited twice each).
Sources tool: six clicks, five different popups (I think).

(The only process that's worse is sourcing relationships.)

Yes, yes, we should be happy that we can tag things now — but there are limits.
