Where is the 1855 Illinois Census?

The FamilySearch Research Wiki puts the year 1855 on this census in the article:

How to use this collection

However, the Explore Historical Images tools focus on the year 1825, at the top of the page at:

Browse all 7,754 images

…also list 1825 in many other pages, such as this one that lists both years, plus other years, in the Information tab at the bottom of the page at:

Illinois, State Census, 1825, Adams, Beverly

So, there seems to be significant confusion regarding the 1825 and 1855 Illinois Censuses.

https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/271754 "1855 state census of Illinois" with images restricted to viewing at an Affiliate Library or FamilySearch Center. Several counties are missing.

The state archives is missing 1855 census schedules for several counties including: Carroll, Champaign, Franklin, Gallatin, Henry, Jefferson, Jo Davies, Lake, Stark, Will and Woodford.

This page https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/1803969 appears to have a typo in the description. The title is correct, 1825, but the subtitle/description shows 1855.

You can report an error in the catalog from the instructions in this Help Article: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-request-a-correction-to-the-familysearch-catalog
