    @Chase8260 Here's what Full-Text Search found——

    Baker Moses

    Quite a bit there that looks like Moses but deals with mostly after arriving in Texas. I'll add a few other things I found directly to his PID…

    Hi @Chase8260. If Moses Baker was indeed born in Tennessee, it looks like that state didn't start keeping birth records until many years later. Unfortunately, Texas also wasn't recording deaths at the time when he died. However, you could try posting to this group https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/174-southern-states-research who may be able to provide some other research avenues for you.

    Also, have you seen Moses' WikiTree page?: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Baker-17372

    There's some family information on there, as well as DNA connections who could possibly have more information on what research efforts have previously been made.
