ERROR REPORT - Georgia Headright and Bounty Land Records, 1783-1909
In January 2023, I reported a problem with the records in this set, especially for Franklin County, Georgia. Some, but not all, have been transplanted to New Jersey.
My original thread has now been closed meaning I can't comment there. I'm working in that record set again today, and I still see problems.

@SerraNola Please and thanks.

@Áine Ní Donnghaile Thanks. This is another one for the classic auto-standardization queue.

Thanks @SerraNola Could a better process be implemented so that threads are not closed when the problem has not yet been resolved?

I am not involved with the closing of threads but I can pass the concern on to management. I can assure you that—at least with the place name issues, each report for the last two years initiated a job ticket for engineers. We are sifting through (you can't imagine how many) of these to create clearer and more comprehensive descriptions of each issue. The reports from the threads have not been lost.

Thanks, and I understand. My thought process was to streamline the situation so there are not multiple threads on the same issue, from the same user. Possibly easier to track.
