ERROR REPORT - Placename standardization

Records from Franklin County, Georgia, listed in the set "Georgia, Headright and Bounty Land Records, 1783-1909" are being -inconsistently - reassigned to the state of New Jersey.

    Thank you, @Áine Ní Donnghaile, for reporting this error in the place standardization process. Iit does appears that the standardization tool has changed Franklin County, Georgia to Franklin, Hunterdon, New Jersey for some records.

    I will add this instance of the place standardization error to the appropriate queue for review and resolution.
