Where to view marriage certificate if I see the marriage docket information
I found an ancestor's marriage index here:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:KHFF-GZV
Where would I look on family search to view the full certificate? Is there a microfilm collection I need to sort through manually?

Both the thumbnail and the large "VIEW ORIGINAL DOCUMENT" button in the left-hand column take you to the image (scan) of the document.
The indexed document is a marriage license docket, and the entry in question is just below midway down on the right-hand page.
I have no idea whether Luzerne county has any marriage certificates online for 1906, on FS or anywhere else; as I recall, that's right around the time when Pennsylvania started keeping official vital records, but that doesn't mean they're all available. For whatever it's worth, the docket was apparently done at a later enough date to have a "Married …. by …." section at the end of each entry, so it's almost as good as the certificate itself.

I understand how to view the image of the index in question, but I’d like to know where to go to view/order the certificate (if available).
Thank you

Pennsylvania is listed in the Atlantic States group here in the community. By clicking on the state hyperlink in the group, it opens the Pennsylvania Wiki information. Clicking on How to Find Pennsylvania Birth Records gives some information that may be helpful.

It depends on what the county or state preserved after the fact. Some locations preserved the license application, the license, and the return signed by the officiant. Not all locations preserved or even created all those records.
