Results on index are inaccurate and Quality score

What if the record was indexed incorrectly (I have seen hundreds) but we have the correct person attached. The quality score will be low. Should we or can we have these errors fixed? If so where/how do we send the request to fix the record.

    It's buried in the UI equivalent of a box in a drawer behind two cabinet doors, but you can (individually) dismiss the "quality" score's items, and that will improve the score. (You can write something like "index is wrong" in the dismissal's reason box, if you wish.)
