On Image 1 there is a record no. 455 M. There is also a number 962625. This number is also listed at the bottom of the OOA as the Certificate of Naturalization NO. I am inclined to list this as the record number on the NAT.

I know we do not put a record number on the OOA.

What do you think?

The 455M number is the record number. The M is for "military." There is, in the children part, the sentence says This petition is filed under the provisions of Act approved May 9, 1918. This act meant that a serviceman's immigration was fast tracked. 962625 is for reference when someone looked up Nick's Petition.
