Hello Engineers,

Tagging People from MEMORIES on their person page still not working and/or working off and on. 5:40 PM EST trying to tag : Louisa M RobertsFemale1836–1931•KZ56-F37 on her daughter's PA Death Cert: Buena Vista MyersFemale1858–1954•K421-DW7

USED WORK AROUND "Gallery" as advised by support on Thurs or Fri

LOVE LOVE LOVE the "new" MEMORIES. Wish there was a Feed Back Button in MEMORIES rather than this avenue.

Also found Tagging not working from memories can get around this but take a lot longer to tag everyone in a memory hopefully will get sorted soon .

The tagging feature has not been working for me since Thursday, November 21. All I get is a message that says - "We couldn't complete the search. Please double-check the person ID and try again." This does not work. I've tried typing in the ID # and also cutting/pasting the number. No success.

I hope this gets resolved quickly, please.
