I have two profiles that are the same, but I can't merge them because they are the same ID's. The ID's are 9NFC-1LW & 9NFC-1LW, they are Katerina Talafaus. I've merged the two children Joseph John Franzen Sr-GHC9-XH2& Frank Theodore Franzen- M4WH-ZJ3. I'm trying to merge or have 1 9NFC-1LW, what do I do?

Nathan, these are not true duplicates, so you cannot merge them. These are duplicate relationships, and you can just delete the relationship for those two children, where are listed as children of both parents, and they are listed again as children of just one parent, the mother. Scroll down where those two children are listed with a mother, but no father. Click the little pencil to the right of their name. On the next screen, scroll clear to the bottom and click Delete Relationship. Give as a reason, Duplicate relationship, child to mother. Do this for each of those two children. Then go back to the family to see if they are now listed correctly.
