I wish it was more. I'm tapped out too and have to be selective and pretty much try to keep most of my follows now around the problem areas or where I see too many people poking around and adding things that they shouldn't.

I wish we could filter to find people who have been deleted so I can remove some of them. I've tried scrolling through the entire list, but it crashes my browser every time.

Profiles hardly ever get deleted, and never if anyone other than the creator has changed them in any way, and if a profile is merged into another one the entry should just click through to the merge target, as I understand it. So not sure how your idea would help.
You might be better off importing your trees into e.g. RootsMagic which will then frequently check all FS-linked entries (with no cap on numbers), and will show you a list of profiles whose version number has changed since the import. It lets you look at the FS change log for each one, then you can reset the start point for the next check. (You can also import different trees into separate RM databases so they aren't all mixed up in one watchlist.)

@MandyShaw1 and @mayimagpie - I think the idea of filtering to find the merge-deleted profiles has merit. If your list includes a lot of merge deleted profiles, then your list will have both the merge deleted ones and (automatically) the new merged profile. That's 2 profiles in your list where you might think one would do. I usually get rid of the merge deleted ones as I've never seen a useful purpose in having them in my following list.
