Is this really a Christening Record?

Hermann Johann Friedrich Schulz Christening 1888 Milwaukee https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XRYD-6F2 says it a Christening record but it doesn't say what church it's from or who the Pastor is?

I would like to look for his siblings' christenings at the same church if I knew which church it was.

Many older record sets use a generic title lumping baptism/christening and births together. According to the DGS number, the record set is "Wisconsin Births and Christenings, 1826-1926." But, if we follow that link, the full record set https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/388957 is entitled "Birth records, 1854-1911, indexes, 1854-1932."

Wisconsin has extremely tight regulations about online vital records. The images are not on FamilySearch. There are some copies - not originals - on Ancestry.
