People Link in Memories not loading

When I go to Memories and I click on the People link it won't load. I just get the Internal Error Message. This has been happening for over a year. I have checked with several other people and they don't have this problem. It appears to be something with my account. Everything else in Memories are working fine

First, I'm sorry this link isn't working. I know it's frustrating.

I talked with my team about this. Unfortunately, there is no quick fix.

The short answer is that the Engineers are working on updating lots of code and fixing lots of pages surrounding the Memories function of FamilySearch. While they manage these updates, some functions won’t work properly. Like your People link. In fact, the Engineers expect more users to begin encountering this same problem.

This is a known issue. The fix is going to take time. You might not be able to access your People link for several months.

We do promise, though, that this will be fixed eventually! The Engineers assure me they are working hard! Thanks for the patience.
