More contradictions. Between Illinois Nat's [Part B and part E]

Concerning Female previous surnames. Part B example uses (or). The instructions in Part E say to follow standard indexing guidelines. What to do? For example (Part E) batch [MQ2T-6ZL]. To me it looks like I should use -or- because I've never have seen "nee" in any batches in Part E.

We give married women the benefit of the doubt. If I came to this country under the name Mary Smith, but then married a guy name Joe Jones, my name is indexed as Mary Smith Jones. If I am unmarried and came under Smythe, but the name has Smith, it will be indexed as Mary Smith Or Smythe.

The petitioner in your batch is indexed as Mary or Marya Trzaska Janik, with Trzaska being her maiden name.

That's what I have been doing. Thanks for the confirmation.
