Online records no longer available from a FamilyHistory Center
The above records have been available from our FSC for many months and have been used by a patron for researching his family in Italy. Today we cannot access the records.
This is the image we are seeing:
If you click on the Format link, the small circle, you get a message that this microfilm is available for viewing in the Granite Mountain repository in Salt Lake City. These records have been available from our Center in the recent past. Any idea why they are no longer available?
Our FSC# is3335046, in Columbia, Maryland, USA.
Thank you for your assistance,

@J. Britt Franklin Availability of images depends on the contract between the record holder and FamilySearch. Contracts may change, meaning the access level changes. FamilySearch does not share contract details with us, the users.
That said - there have been some recent instances of permission levels being changed in error. I've been dealing with some issues with Illinois vital records with lost permissions.
Could you please check on this one, @SerraNola? Thanks.

@J. Britt Franklin All 48 films in this collection have been removed from online access which seems to indicate a contractual change. I can check, but this doesn't fit the profile of a permissions error.
