How do i find the pioneer stories from the wagon train journals?
I used to be able to read journal entries from people on wagon trains that my ancestors were on. It was on the pioneer page. I could read about the wagon train and a brief summary of the journey. Then on the side was a list of journal entries. If my ancestor was in those journals it would be highlighted. I was able to use some of their story to add to my ancestors life history.
I can no longer find any of that! At one time i could see it on the computer but not the phone ap. I no longer can find it all. Where did all those journal entries go, or what am i missing in looking for them?

What you are looking for is here:

At the top to the right of the Search bar, click on "Show My Ancestors" and then agree to link to FamilySearch. Then at the bottom, click on Sources and you'll see the journals, etc that you are referencing.1

@JarolynBallardStout You can find your ancestors journal entries in the Pioneer Database.

Are you talking about the Activities on FamilySearch? If so then go to the "Activity" tab and choose "All Activities". There are so many wonderful new things there, it's hard to keep up.

All these suggestions are wonderful - but so far, none have been able to pull up what used to be. Family Search must have disabled the link of the journals and company wagon train information that use to be found on the pioneer activity link. Perhaps by accident? Maybe on purpose? I do not know. It looks like it works on the "By Sea" one. So I wonder if it was by accident the wagon companies has disappeared! Thank you to all of you who tried to help!
