Sometimes in this batch there is only one marrige certificate but sometimes there are 3. Before realizing there were 3, I deleted 2 entry areas and don't know how to get them back so I can index two marriage entries

To add entries, click on this icon on the toolbar.

When this pop-up box appears, select the number of entries that you want to add; 1-99 entries.

Keep the default selection of After the last entry and click Add. You will now have the number of entries that you need for the image.
