This is a death certificate. In the absence of Place of Death, should I put the place of burial or mark it blank?

Also, what is the Race on image 2? Mokoi?

Thanks,

The place of death for both is located on the upper left-hand corner. The Field Help for the death place states: Do not index street names, addresses, hospitals, or localities smaller than a town or city.

You will not index Wade Hampton. Think of Wade Hampton as a voting precinct. My voter card has my precinct as precinct 123, but I live in town 789. Image 1's death place is Kurgomuk, Alaska and Image 2's death place is Russian Mission, Alaska.

The race on Image 2 is Mohoi. The K's in Apelkeuk are written differently.
