problem editing birth record

After several weeks of normal operation, I suddenly could not edit birth and death records. They no longer show up when I click on “records”.

This has happened twice.

I tried using a different computer with the same result.

The only solution was to close the account and start over.

This preserved my entries but I lost the “collaboration” notes

Shortly after posting this the problem disappeared.

Now it has happened again.
