Burial: Levárt 30[th July]Tacskó "dachshund" (also figuratively "immature person") appears to be a disambiguating byname. Its placement is odd -- the other examples of such put it before the inquilinus or other Latin status/occupation word -- but I believe it's meant to apply to the deceased, not to his wife.
A disambiguating byname is called a ragadványnév "stuck-on name" in Hungarian. These were added in some communities to family names that were locally common, to help tell apart the many people bearing the same name. You can see a clear example of this on the following page of the register, where the son of Joannes Vicén domonkos ("Dominic") died on 15 Dec, and the son of Andreas Vicén tűzkő ("firestone: flint") died on 6 Jan. (I'm not actually sure about my reading of Vicén, but they're clearly the same thing, whatever it is.)

I'm happy enough to continue answering these where they're posted, but I'm sure there are people in this Community who would appreciate the topic moving to a relevant group, so that they don't keep encountering it.
You can see an entry that's twins one up from directly across from this entry, on June 3: István, János ikerek "Stephen, John twins". The modernly-correct plural is ikrek, but the singular is iker. Other ways I've seen it labeled include kettős "double" and its plural kettősök.
