Illinois Oath of Allegiance

Hello

I am reviewing a Oath of Alligiance and I have come across one image and the inputter has put in certificate number as the record number.

This is incorrect I believe.

Grateful for assistance.

    The Oath's Certificate number is not used when keying Nats. You'll mark this blank by either Ctrl+B or using the 4th icon from the left on your toolbar.
