These were my grandparents and died (he, in a fall from a horse), and (she of cancer in a Cincinnati Eclectic Hospital c1901). Both are buried in Daley Cemetery, Somerset County, Pa. I recently came across a pic of him but would like to add death certificates of both and a pic of her. Thanks for any assistance. Her maiden name was McCreary.

Pennsylvania began statewide death registration in 1906, although some major Pennsylvania cities (Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, for example) kept death records earlier. https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Pennsylvania_Vital_Records

Ohio began statewide registration in 1908. Some locations have earlier records, but they are far from complete. https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Ohio_Vital_Records

The FamilySearch Wiki is always a good place to start checking for vital records.
