I'm doing directories. every time i try to submit a batch i have to go through quality check. i re check the info, find no errors even though i'm told 441 things to check. they are all done correctly. what do i do to submit my batch?

You will have to delete your blank, unused entries. To do that, click on the trashcan icon on the toolbar and when the pop-up appears, select All blank entries and click Delete. You will be left with the entries that were keyed and will be ready to submit your batch.
