indexer added a 3rd image for the same person, I need to delete that image

Go to that entry.
Locate and click on the trashcan icon.
When the pop-up appears, select The current entry (Entry X)*.
Click Delete and the entry will be removed.

*Note that The current entry (Entry X) is the default choice. To delete all blank entries, select All blank entries.
