On my batch I have an oath of allegiance that doesn't have a name at the top, but there is a name written in a different spot on the right, that's hard for me to read. There is no date in the normal spot for record date but a date stamped at the top where it says filled. I'm not sure if this is a no extractable data?

This is indexed. His name is Joszef Schuff and the record date is 2/5/1930. Mr. Shuff was denied citizenship, and when the applicant is denied, we index it. His denial is under "Order of court denying petition."

With Oaths, neither applicant's name nor the date are taken from the top of the page.
