I have a 2 page batch. The first page has data to index and the second page has no extractable data. When I completed the Review, the second page came up as 'Yes' extractable data and how the person marked everything as blank. Am I able to change it to no extractable data? I can't find a way.

This is the first time this has ever happened. The batch is complete and reviewed, but needs the second page marked as no extractable data.

I couldn't find a way to fix. Thank you for your help.

When you are in Step 1: Images, under "Should this image be indexed?", Select "No, No Extractable Data" for Image 2. It will ask if you want to delete the indexed data. Click Delete Entries for this image and you'll be set.

Reviewing, just like indexing, starts with Step 1: Images, where you have to mark each image indexable or not.

To get back to that step, use the "v" after where it says "Step 2: Entries", at the top left of the indexing screen.

From the resulting drop-down, choose "Step 1: Images", then click the blue "Next Image" button to get to the second page. Once there, click the little triangle next to where it currently says "Yes", and choose the last option in the resulting drop-down to change that to "No, No Extractable Data".

You'll get a confirmation screen about deleting the entries on Image 2, and I think you may end up needing to click through the review of Image 1 again to get to the "submit" button, but I did not have an indexing batch with a NED image to test it with.
