Can the marriage dates on this record be edited?
A number of the marriage dates on this record:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L979-6BV5?i=43
have been incorrectly indexed. It appears that the dates from a different line of the form got entered for several records, starting with Stephen Ellsey.
When I click the edit button on the record, I am only able to edit information about the names. I cannot edit the date.
Is there some way to edit the date?

The Community platform will often corrupt URLs. The URL I believe you meant to post is
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L979-6BV5?i=43
Note in your original post, the colons have been replaced by %3A, 3 times.
Unfortunately, your link goes to the full page, not to an individual record, so it's not possible to know which record you wish to edit.
And, the editor is still problematic. Sometimes an edit of one indexed record on a page will cause others on the page to become unsearchable or corrupted. The error is probably not an indexing error, but an error introduced in post-processing or editing by an individual.

There's something weird going on, perhaps with this specific index, perhaps with the editor in general: the event date (i.e., the actual marriage date) is there on the index detail page, but there's no sign of it (that I can find) on any of the entries in the index editor. Normally, it's somewhere toward the bottom of the primary person's index panel. Maybe it's because both the bride and the groom have been marked as primary in this index? (It's not putting it on the bride because the groom is primary, but it's not putting it on the groom because the bride is primary. There's a Hungarian saying for such: két szék közül a pad alatt "[given a choice] between two chairs, [ended up] under the bench".)
