Dorset Hearth Tax query

During covid I used the digitised Dorset Hearth Tax book on film 4017824 and was able to look at the images. Now when I search for that film number it tells me that the film is still on microfilm and therefore I am unable to look at it. But I did use it during covid. Could anyone tell me why it is now showing as a film?

I know there is another copy of the hearth returns by a different author (I think) on film 476208 but this is not indexed and rather difficult to use. The book on film 4017824 has an index.

The reel doesn't mean it is not digitized; the reel indicates that it cannot be viewed from your location (home, I presume).

Contracts change, and access rights may change when the contract with the record holder changes.
