I just discovered a whole bunch of interesting stuff about someone on my tree. Then I realized there were no sources. The guilty party? FamilySearch itself, listed as the author of recent changes. I bet these facts are reliable, but from where I sit with my little laptop, they seem to have come out of thin air.

Can you provide a link? It is unusual for the username to come up as FamilySearch on recent changes, they tend to be dated 2012, when the database was first established in its current form (and when they would not have had sources attached). Maybe there has been a recent merge?
