Please help! My app isn't linking to the website

Hello I am needing help I can't seem to find out what's wrong but I can't access my ancestors information and when I log in it tells me I have no ancestors listed and to click to add and when I click it takes me back to my app that is fully filled out and I was able to access it yesterday and all last week since I created an account but today it won't let me access it and I don't know if it is due to a setting or if I need to delete my account and start a new one anybody please help!!!

    @RachelSalamy I am guessing that you are on the Family Tree App. First, sign out of the app. Second restart your device. When your device is back up, sign back in to the app. Check to see if the issue resolved itself.

    Also make sure that the App is updated to the latest update.
