According to the website's information about the Planner, it is ONLY for members of the Latter-Day Saints.
The Planner is a tool available to members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for helping someone else with his or her family history. Use it to view the FamilySearch Family Tree from the other person’s point of view, browse discovery activities, design personalized family history experiences, record notes, and build lesson plans.

In My Planner, all of the PID's listed under Possible Duplicates are not possible duplicates. There's nothing under Latest Changes to indicate they've been recently merged. I can't see that any family members are possible duplicates. Could there be a glitch?
