In Chicago, there is a cemetery named Waldheim. The placename algorithm has transplanted an infant death/burial to Prussia as a result.

And, in the process, the date of burial has been truncated to just the year.

Another example of the algorithm's misinterpretation of Waldheim Cemetery, on the burial of Frederick Hill: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2M7-PFYZ

Interesting to note that the same death certificate has been indexed multiple times, but the algorithm has not moved the burial in all cases.

This one also moved to Prussia: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2M7-T4JY

    This one did not https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:N7JN-PMY
